GM GM, good readers, it’s been a moment… This intern has been pushed, pulled, prodded, and poked these past few months, so much so that things slipped, plates dropped, mugs smashed, and coffee was spilled… But through presidential moves, penguin moons, and the great divide between bulls and bears getting louder, and wider, we’ve pressed on organising the BIGGEST, the BEST, the most BRILLIANT Zebu Live evaaa…

Marketing wanted me to let you know once again about our venue change, and to be fair, it’s pretty damn cool. Tobacco Dock is going to knock those Fortnite Nike kicks clean off… Oh, you can afford real ones… the dip was kinder to you clearly… 

BUT in this intern's humble opinion, a bigger and better venue is only a fraction of what makes Zebu Live what it is. 

COMMUNITY is the real secret sauce. 

Big plans are great but what makes it all worth it is bringing YOU the reader, our super community together for those two days in October. I know you’ve got your tickets already so I don’t need to drop a link 🔗HERE… surely not, not after 3 straight months of me telling you about it…

Around The World In 80 Days

With a header like this, you might have expected me to launch into some sort of book excerpt, but actually, it’s all about our leadership team. 

We’ve been putting boots on the ground this year, going to conferences from Cape Town to Dubai, Denver to Paris, you name it, our leadership team has been there… Why, you ask. To make Zebu Live the very best not only in the UK or even Europe, but in the WORLD. 

Marketing told me I can’t go into details, which is good, because nobody in the office tells me anything… So I’m just as in the dark as you, but they did say that they’ve been partnering up with huge names in the space, massive sponsors, and headline speakers… Apparently more to follow, and I’m just as intrigued as you no doubt are.

What I am allowed to tell you all is that the team is jetting off once again this time to our amazing frens at NFC Summit, who are celebrating their 4th Edition. And with it being the world’s first Web3 pop-culture festival, we wanted to secure you some goodies.

Don’t say this intern doesn’t look out for you. 

Now, if you do make it on June 4–5 at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes, it’s capped off with a 12-hour beach party on June 6. I’ve been told to expect a sprinkling of art, a dash of music, a hint of fashion, and the who’s who of Web3 culture… So naturally, I won’t be there. It’s ok, we can vibe at ZEBU.

ETHcc is also in our sights, which I’ve been told “the Flight3 group is going to put on some pretty insane [REDACTED]”...  I just feel left out at this point, it’s bordering on bullying… I’m telling HR.

Coming Suuun

Zebu Live is fast approaching; soon we will be sipping cocktails, slurping beers, lemonades, or maybe even attempting to be sophisticated and enjoying a glass of vino together, all in the wonderful surroundings of Tobacco Dock. 

And before someone thinks I’ve made an error, it’s not Docks, it is in fact Dock… Previous newsletters by this intern RIP…

We move on. 

So this is a big year, Flight3 just turned FOUR, and we are rapidly approaching Zebu Live’s 5th Edition… WE OLD.
